Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UAE time) may be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within the UAE

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations [list if known: e.g., Saudi Arabia, GCC countries, Europe].

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

  • International shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

  • HOCL LABS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations on cosmetics/oral care imports. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While we partner with reliable couriers, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs, weather, or courier delays.

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@hocllabs.com with your order number.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@hocllabs.com. We will assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier link to follow your package’s journey.
